Of course, top-notch beaches may be a major factor why you'd want to live on the Sunshine Coast. We have had about 5 boats, mostly in Mooloolaba or Kawana Marina, and I have sailed extensively along the east coast. When we leave, we realize that it is not as nice as where we live now.
Some people may find it difficult to get a job, but you just have to work harder. If you really want to work, you can do it. I see about 2 snakes a year. Mostly pythons, but I still don't like them.
